We have a large, bright and clean master bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) with a private powder room (toilet and sink) available for rent in a 3-bedroom townhome. It is on the second floor with windows facing backyard. Located in a lovely community, close to everything (stores, restaurants, library, services, parks, trails, etc.)! Parking right at the door and transit nearby.

This place is perfect for someone who likes quiet and privacy - you would have the entire place pretty much to yourself much of the time.

We are looking to rent to a respectful and clean professional or to a mature student who is friendly, responsible and easy going. No smokers or pets please! Asking $850 per month including utilities (except internet).

I am a parent of a teen who is very much into sports. We travel a LOT for sports, and the townhouse serves as our base when we are in Ottawa -which is mostly on weekends. The rest of the week I work at a school board. We are quiet, friendly, respectful and like to keep the place clean and comfy. We are always on the go!
