Hi 😊 I am looking for a roommate to renovate the lease of the fantastic apartment (condo) where I am living in 99 John Street on the 37th floor. It is 2B+2B, apartment. Everything works perfectly and is new. (The condo as well) It will be around $ 1800-1850 all inclusive. The bedroom could be furnished, I will figure it out with you soon.

• No animals
• No party in the apartment and no friends every weekend. (Ofc hosting a friend who visit you or family is totally fine)
• For the common areas: if you have one plant is fine, but I don’t want to live in a Jungle. (Ofc in your bedroom you do whatever you want.

I work as Community Manager in the no profit 3/5 home.

I am very clean and quite. I love fashion, fancy spot and I love being aware about everything happens in this crazy world. My BA was in International relations.

Sleep is important for me, so I don’t appreciate noise from 11 pm until 7.30/8 am during the week.

I am looking for a cool roommate who loves deep conversations and knows how to share an apartment respectfully. Someone who is focus on work!
