Everyone + Newcomers are welcome!! You can move in with as little as a suitcase or the rooms can be emptied to make space for your furniture. Available immediately!

There are two kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a big backyard, separate garage and a 4-car driveway.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with just about every type of small gadget or appliance you can think of for cooking or baking.

Bills included: WIFI, cable, hydro/electricity, water bill, hot water tank fee, gas bill.

Long-term tenancy is preferred but we have had newcomers to Canada stay as little as two months. We are super flexible.

The vibe is super chill. Everyone pitches in to maintain the house. You’re more than welcome to entertain–we have loads of fun things around the house: video games, board games, a pub corner for darts, etc.

Current age range is 30– 35, all ages are welcome, we are more looking for someone that is going to fit well with everyone than focusing on age.

Currently, we are two males & one female. There is also a kitten to love and play with! He is hypo-allergenic and does not shed on clothing.
