Newcomers welcome!! You can move in with or as little as a suitcase. Rooms can be empty or furnished. Rent is $1000 + $200 utilities/bedroom.
There are two kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a big backyard, garage and a 4-car driveway.
The kitchen is fully outfitted so no worries if you don’t have any kitchenware or appliances of your own.
Utilities contribution goes toward: WIFI, cable, hydro/electricity, water bill, hot water tank fee, gas bill.
