We have one private room open in a 3 bedroom + den standalone house. The upstairs den currently has nothing in it. The bathroom, downstairs living room, laundry, kitchen and such will all be shared as well. The bedroom easily fits a queen bed with other furniture as well. Rent is $700.00 per month including all utilities and wifi. There’s street parking right next to the house and if you take transit instead, there’s a bus stop about a 5 min walk away. There are two tenants currently living here. Myself Kalen. I am a 32 year old male who works full time Monday to Friday 8-4pm and has a 3 year old Mini Aussie pup. My pass time is either rock climbing and playing games. Like to get traveling in here and there as well. Brianna is the second roommate. She also works full time Monday to Friday 9-5pm. She enjoys reading and watching tv here and there.
