Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for September 1st in a great 2 bedroom 1 bath basement apartment in the Mount Pleasant area. The place has an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, TV, and new kitchen amenities. The area is very accessible via bus. You would be responsible for half of the utilities and WIFI.

I am a 24-year-old guy working as an allocator at a sportswear company. I’m new to Vancouver having only moved here in January. In my free time, I like to work out and play video games like Counter Strike or Elden Ring. I’m looking for a roomie with similar hobbies and interests that is overall just cool and responsible. Of course, cleanliness is important and it’s important that you also value that.
