We would like to rent out our basement to a responsible and mature individual. With a spacious living area, comfortable bed, and essential amenities like a microwave and fridge, it’s the perfect place. You have your own living room with sofas and TV as well as a private bathroom. Only if you want to use an oven, you need to use the shared kitchen on the main floor. Or if you want to enjoy the charming backyard with outdoor dining and BBQ grill in summer. Nearby, you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options to explore. Plus, the location provides easy access to parks and public transportation for further adventures.

My fiancé and I are the primary people in the house. We both work full time and are clean and quiet.
