! This is an all female unit, only female preferred !
Room to Sublet for the Summer 2024. (May - August) This is a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom place. You will be subleasing room #1 (see picture). You will share Bathroom #2 with another roommate.
Internet, Hydro and gas included in price (will need to pay extra if you exceed hydro limit). The laundry room is in the basement of the apartment, washing and drying will cost $2.50 each.
Only 5 minute walk to Wilfrid Laurier University and 15 minute walk to Waterloo University
2 private bedrooms are AVAILABLE, but you can choose to sublet 1 bedroom if needed.
Price per month is negotiable!
