Your room is on the second floor (master is on the main) and fits a queen or king size bed comfortably as well as a study desk! 2 baths available, 1 shared powder room on main floor & 1 private full bath (with tub) on 2nd storey with lots of cabinet storage under sink as well as counter space and a private linen closet beside washroom. Bright kitchen & dining. Wood burning fireplace. 1 parking included & indoor garage parking included in colder months!

29yo female & 11yo golden retriever just moved into this 3 storey home! We’re looking for a clean, quiet & tidy roommate to share our space with. I am a wellness facilitator, candlemaker and dog sitter. I work mostly from home and enjoy cooking, meditating, yoga, walking my dog(s) and formulating new products for my business. I am a very hygenic, tidy and kind person. My expectations are for my roommate to respect our shared spaces, the animal(s) in the house and to clean up after herself and treat our home like the sanctuary it’s intended to be.
