Roomie Search 📣 One Bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) available for rent in the heart of Kitsilano! 🏠 Location: 4th and Larch, Vancouver

• Available March 1st
• Rent: $1400 per month + utilities (roughly $100/month). Utilities include hydro, wifi, and renters insurance (mandatory by the landlord). About the apartment: super spacious and bright, and is shared with two other roommates both in their early 30s. We’re on the 2nd floor of a small apartment building. The unit has in-suite laundry, a fully renovated kitchen, and a super spacious living room. The building has a coin laundry room, bike storage, and a really big shared deck in the back with patio furniture. It is located by the 14/7/99 bus lines, walking distance to many grocery stores and coffee shops, and is 5 min walk to Kits beach! 🏖 The building is not pet friendly unfortunately 🥺 There is street parking available.
• About the room: you’d have your own en-suite bathroom and shower (there is a main shared bathroom as well). The room can come furnished with bedframe, mattress, mirror, bathroom shelving + laundry hamper that you can buy from previous owner.
• And finally, about the roomies woop woop: Both roommates work full-time and mostly from home. So generally we keep things quiet during the week and respect each-others space/need to get sleep, etc. One plays Ultimate and also does a bit of running and gym and is a pizza master (if you’re looking for the best pizza recommendations in Van, he has them!). The other one (she/her) works in the film industry, plays soccer and tennis, loves traveling and identifies as queer 🏳️‍🌈 She just got a new workshop space and is very excited about it. We like to keep the place clean and tidy, and share chores. We are also friends, love being active, enjoy hanging out together and watching dumb TV shows or going out. Looking for someone around the same age and same energy, easy-going and communicative.
