Roomie Search 📣 One Bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) available for rent in the heart of Kitsilano! 🏠 Location: 4th and Larch, Vancouver Available April 1st - looking for a longterm tenant to add to our lease. Rent: $1224 per month + utilities. Utilities include hydro, wifi, and renters insurance (mandatory by the landlord). These add up to roughly $100 per month, depending on hydro. About the apartment: The apartment is super spacious and bright, and is shared with two other roommates both in their early 30s. We’re on the second floor of a small apartment building. The unit has in-suite laundry, a fully renovated kitchen, and a super spacious living room. The building has a coin laundry room, bike storage, and a really big shared deck in the back with patio furniture. It is located by the 14/7/99 bus lines, walking distance to many grocery stores and coffee shops, and is 5 min walk to Kits beach! 🏖 The building is not pet friendly unfortunately 🥺 There is street parking available. About the room: You would have your own en-suite bathroom and shower, and there is a main shared bathroom as well. The room can come furnished for a cost of $500. This would include the bed-frame + mattress, desk + chair, mirror, bathroom shelving + laundry hamper. The items were all purchased new and are sized perfectly for the space. (The current roomie is moving across country so cannot take a lot of her furniture sadly 🥲) And finally, about the roomies woop woop: Both roommates work full-time and mostly from home. So generally we keep things quiet during the week and respect each-others space / need to get sleep, etc. One works in tech and loves the outdoors and gaming. The other one works in VFX, plays soccer, loves traveling and identifies as queer 🏳️‍🌈 We like to keep the place clean and tidy, and share chores. We are also friends, love being active, enjoy hanging out together and watching dumb TV shows or going out. But generally we don’t bring the party home. Looking for someone around the same age, easy-going and communicative.
