The room in unfurnished; big closet. The property is located close to the TTC, Yonge and Dundas Square, and TMU campus. Shared laundry room on premises. Big kitchen for those who like to cook.

I teach at a college nearby and am also in the film business. I work a lot and enjoy quiet time at home in my off hours. Clean, respectful, welcoming to all. I co-parent a small boston terrier (week on/week off). He’s super friendly and playful but will respect your space. My other roommate who is gone 90% of the time is leaving at the end of November.
