About the room
This is a property in Downton/Midtown Ottawa available from May 1st to late August. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom (with two sinks and separate cabinets), and a balcony exclusively accessibly via the large bedroom. All utilities except hydro and wifi are included (wifi is around 60 dollars per month, and hydro is dependant on usage, but typically around $50). Building amenities include rooftop, pool and gym. Grocery store nearby. Apartment will be fully furnished. Laundry and dryer in unit.
About the roomies
My roommate and I will be leaving Ottawa for the summer, so the entire apartment is available. There is also the option to opt for one room and have another roommate join for the summer.
Larger room is $1349.40. Smaller room is $1245.60 (carpet will not be included in smaller room)
