We have a large bedroom with attached tv room and large covered deck for rent. Room is furnished with queen bed, 2 dressers and has a closet. The attached TV room as a love seat and tv stand. Large deck has deck furniture. We are looking for 1 person, working, and quiet. There is a shared bathroom, as well as use of our kitchen. One parking spot available. We are 5 mins away from the beach and shopping. Smoking outside only. No pets. No parties.
