Enjoy the Summer! Sublet May-Aug Furnished Room in North Vancouver Apartment

Are you doing a summer work term or looking for a place to call home for the summer?

We have a fully furnished room for rent in a three-bedroom apartment at 1935 Purcell Way, North Vancouver (a 3-minute walk from Capilano University). It is in a beautiful park-like setting with large trees, hiking trails, and a large walk-out patio to enjoy the summer.

I am a third-year musical theater student, and my roommate is a second-year film student. One of our roommates is going home from May to August (earlier move-in at the end of April is possible if required), so we are looking for a roommate when they are away in May-August.

Our bright three-bedroom, first-floor apartment has a walk-out patio and in-suite laundry. The room in our apartment rents for $1,195 per month plus 1/3 of the utilities, about $40 a month (per roommate). • The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, an oversized closet that covers the entire back wall, a computer desk, high-speed wireless internet, and lamps. • The shared kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher and microwave.
• There are hiking/biking trails, a gym to work out right next to the building. • Absolutely no Smoking, Vaping or Drugs. No Pets. • The sublet term in the furnished room is May-August. There is the possibility to stay through the school year in a non-furnished room as one of the roommates might be leaving at the end of August. • Parking is not included, but available for $75/month for an assigned spot.

About Us We all creative types. A female and non-binary roommate. The three of us are very friendly and easy to get along as school keeps us very busy.
