Hi, I’m Josh, a second-year musical theater student, and my roommate Maddie is a second-year film student. We are looking for a new roommate to join us in our furnished three-bedroom apartment. Our third roommate is leaving, so we have a room available now. The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from the main campus of Capilano University (1935 Purcell Way), even shorter if you’re running late to class!

Our apartment is a bright, ground-floor unit with three bedrooms and a walk-out patio. The rent is $1,311 per roommate, plus a $633 security deposit (refundable when you move out). There are trails for hiking and biking right next to the building. • The apartment is furnished with in-suite laundry and a dishwasher. You are responsible for furnishing your bedroom as is unfurnished. • You will pay 1/3 of the utilities about $30-40 a month for the internet, electricity, and tenant insurance. • Absolutely No Pets and No Smoking or Vaping. • Parking is not included, but available for $75/month per assigned spot

We are a male and a female roommate, both creative types with a strong interest in TV and film. We spent our summer working as extras and production assistants. We’re very friendly and easy to get along with, even though school keeps us very busy. Our place is generally quiet, clean, and a comfortable place to call home.
