Large furnished private room available from August in the basement of a very quiet residential neighborhood in South Windsor. Close to Cabana, St. Clair College, and shopping centers.

The room is in the basement with adjacent kitchen and shared laundry. You have your own bathroom as well. Separate entry to basement from backyard.

All utilities (and wifi) included. Room is furnished with a bed/mattress, table and a chair. Lots of closet space. Kitchen has new fridge, new microwave and an old oven.

Last month’s rent deposit ($800) is required.

Although there’s no lease, we expect a minimum of 6 months stay.

We are a family of 3 (couple and a baby). We are non-smokers and don’t have any pets, as such, we only want to share our basement with non-smokers and no pets.
