This is a private walk out two bed room unit ( NOTHING NEED TO SHARE WITH OTHERS , 1st floor of 3levels building) with private entrance. Full kitchen full bathroom one queen bed room one twin bed room both with tables and chairs. Bigger bed room has a big closet with huge storage place ( around 4*10 SQF) Fully furnished to airbnb level moving in with luggage convinces. Short term and long term rent both ok short term or long term both ok.
About the roomies
No drug of any kind, no party as senior occupants up-stair. inquiries of day or weekly rental and short term rental welcome. Credit and reference required for long term rent that not fully paid before moving in . Support other rent like airbnb ( will discount our room rate but airbnb will charge their portion )
