Driveway parking available, utilities, internet and home security included. Laundry on site. One room available on the second floor ($850). The primary and basement rooms are rented. Lots of room for bike storage in the garage and spike ball in the back yard. Walking distance to Tuscany Market & the Tuscany Club, 5 minute drive to CTrain park and ride, 10 minute drive to WinSport, 10 minute drive to University of Calgary Spy Hill Campus and 15 min by CTrain to U of C main campus.
