Room available in a large 6 1/2. Available for 3 months Dec Jan and Feb

Shared apartment with 1 other roommate. So there is also a guest room and a shared office.

Washer Dryer. Big back deck and small front one, living room, breakfast area. Located on a quiet one way street with lots of trees.

Close to Vendome Metro and on the Maisonneuve bike path.

Room is 600$ plus hydro. (Usually around 50-75$ per month in winter)

I work as a comedian and am heading out on a three month tour. So looking to sub-let one of the rooms while I am gone.

My roommate is in her early 30’s and she is doing a Masters in Fine Art. So looking for someone respectful and conscientious. Ideally an artsy outgoing person.
