About the house:

• it is a brand new house, close to 406 and easy to get on QEW.
• There are 4 bedrooms in this house and two of them are renting out. One is a bedroom with in a suit washroom. the rent is $900 with no furniture/$950 with furniture per month. the other bed can use an outside private washroom exclusively. the rent is $850 with no furniture/$900 with furniture per month. each room can be furnished or unfurnished as requested
• 8 min drive to Brock university and 13 min drive to Niagara college
• 18 min drive to Niagara fall center
• the rent includes internet
• parking is available and included in the rent
• No smoking or partying in the house
• have a Goldendoodle. very friendly, so need to be dog friendly
• only single occupancy
• first and last month rent required. long or short term is fine, but long term preferred. Minimum 2 month notices needed to be given
• the following documents are needed. 1) employment letter 2) copy of photo ID such as driver’s license or passport 3) credit report 4) most recent 2 pay slips 5) two previous landlord reference
