Mississauga Valley Boulevard

This has been always occupied i am just posting because my tenant who is a bank consultant moved to Scarborough closer to his new assignment. The area is accessible to bus going to Square One or to Kipling station. You may just google it. If interested you may text or call (kindly leave a voicemail if i wasn’t able to answer it). It is a 5bedroom townhouse with 3 full washrooms. The available room is on the 3rd floor and washroom will be shared with my 17/old son who will soon move to university. You would not even know he is there because he is always out as he plays basketball, volleyball, badminton and goes to the gym almost daily aside from school.

Hello there hoping you are in best shape as everyone is praying nowadays. We are a family of 5 (parents in the basement, my son @ 3rd floor (the available is 3rd floor as well), 2nd floor is me/hubby, we have washroom as well. I have been hosting students since 2017 from 15yr old to 35yr olds. As long as there is respect there is harmony. I like my students or tenants to be mindful pf others in a good way, clean meaning after use of (washroom, kitchen, laundry or common area he must leave it the way it was), and there will be no problem. My students or tenants would always stay from 6mos to 4yrs in my simple dwelling. They would normally extend their stay. My coffee, tea or hotchoco is free.
