My space is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment above what was previously Founder restaurant. It has a large living room/dining area, washer/dryer in unit and a large back patio! Water is included, but we would pay Hydro and Internet. There are new heaters all throughout the house, which has been perfect this Winter. I have a sweet cat named Vincenzo who is very quiet and well-behaved. The apartment is located in Little Portugal, which is a really vibrant neighbourhood! The deposit is the last two months of rent to take over my current roommate’s lease.
