Your Room has a Twin Bed, Desk, Nightables, Loveseat, Some chairs, Various storage cabinets, coffee table, 4K TV & Soundbar & Apple TV, Bluetooth Clock Radio, Lamps and lots of closet space with hangers and related storage for stuff.

The attached private Bathroom has a large shower (it’s actually the best bathroom in the house).

The Rent is inclusive with highspeed Wi-Fi / utilities.

You will share the house’s main entrance, main floor kitchen and also have access to: the main floor bathroom and front room (ie: kitchen table area) along with laundry wash & dryer in the basement. Basement also has a small common area adjacent to the laundry room with a recumbent bike you’re welcome to share.

Quick bus up to Warden or Vic Park Subway and then 20min to Yonge Street. Lots of grocery options at Gerrard/Vic Park (Metro/Freschco/Loblaws).

As this is room sharing common space with LL, absolutely no smoking/vaping inside of any kind, kids, couples or pets. This house already has a super friendly kitty bumbling around.
