Soudabeh's room

My property is located very close to Coquitlam river and nice trails beside it and you may hear the river’s and birds’ sounds! It also located near Coquitlam center mall, bus stop, skytrain station, many nice restaurants, grocery stores, Douglas college and Lafarge park.

Guests share kitchen, livingroom and laundry. The roommates are nice, polite and hard working men with their bathrooms. They rarely are seen in the kitchen or living room. I am looking for one more applicant, preferably a man to share bathroom with a clean international student. No smoking, No pets and No parties for the roommates.
