Soudabeh's room

My property is located very close to Coquitlam river and nice trails beside it. If your hearing is good enough, you can hear the river and birds sounds! My house is also located in walking distance to Coquitlam center mall, bus stop, skytrain stations and many nice restaurants and grocery stores. Douglas college and Lafarge park are only 10 mins drive away!

Guests share kitchen, livingroom and laundry. 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms are available for the roommates. Two roommates are nice hard working men with their private bathrooms. They rarely are seen in the kitchen or living room. I am looking for one more applicant, preferably man to share another bathroom with the other nice guest. No smoking, No pets and No parties for the roommates.
