2 Bedroom basement suite with a shared bathroom. Utilities are generally less than 100 a month and are split costs. There is street parking but there is typically always a space available. Laundry is in the suite. Full working kitchen.

I am quiet and shy but do love talking once I get to know you. I am a student who works full time and volunteers. I generally a clean but cluttered most days. I work early mornings and sometimes late nights so I do like to keep to myself some days.
