This is a month to month agreement, so quite flexible for those looking short term March - Aug for example

I am a 28 year old female who works full time. I like to host get togethers or board game nights occasionally, and some movie nights. While I usually keep myself busy during the week, I also appreciate chill nights at home with my cat. It’s always nice to be friends with my roommate, but we don’t have to be besties either! Don’t mind you having people over or over night guests with some heads up and mindfulness of noise/space.
