I am a 26 year old female who works full time but loves to enjoy her space as well. If you’re respectful and able to communicate then you’re more then welcome to be my roomie, 1 person is $1250 I honestly don’t mind if 2 people share a room and split the rent $700 per person so couples you’re welcome ! Don’t feel restricted to reach out ! If you have want to have a guest they’re more then welcome :) I’m not picky nor am I strict I just expect us to act like adults and pay the rent on time . As long as the public shared space is well taken care of your business is your business . Just don’t damage the property
