I have a 2 bedroom apartment and need another person to fill the extra room starting April 1st. The address is located just off of Bronson and Carling, very close to Carleton University. It is also close to many restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. There is numerous bus stops close by as well.

The apartment is almost fully furnished but has room, it includes 2 bathrooms, a kitchen (excluding a dishwasher) a large living room (with space for a home office) a balcony and washing machine.

The apartment is $1050 a month with all utilities included. This is a great price for such a spacious location right downtown.

I am the only person living in the upstairs unit. I am a very active individual, I like to work out and I play a few sports. I also love music, I play multiple instruments but never too loud haha. I’m very easy going and am looking for other like minded young adults. Message me if your interested.
