About the room
ROOM AVAILABILITY: July 1 - July 31
We are currently looking for short-term tenant in our 3-bedroom apartment. You would share the upper suite of this townhouse with 2 other VIU students. The suite is already furnished and has already wifi, a dishwasher, a freezer, a laundry machine and a dryer. You would live in 150sqft room. If needed, we could provide a very good King-Size mattress, which is already in the room.
There’s also the possibility to rent the room for $40/night or for $400/2 weeks.
Distance to university: Bus: 15min Car: 5min Bike: 25min
