Flavia's room

I have one room fully furnished in the Chicopee area available to rent. Only accepting female occupants. No couples. The townhouse is located in a convenient and easily accessible neighbourhood and also close to Fairview Mall, Freshco, Food Basics, Zehrs, Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart) and transit. Quick access to Highways #7/8 & 401. There is the local Timmies on the corner, close to the highway. Area is nice and quiet. All utilities included. Parking is not available just street parking. Would have to enquire about a parking spot in the complex by request and that is extra, paid monthly.

You will be sharing the house with a single female working professional. I am very easy-going, sociable and friendly. I value privacy and respecting each other’s space as well.
