Myself and my other roommates are looking for a new roommate to live with us! We have a room available to rent and are located in Richmond by Richlea square. It’s an unfurnished room $1000 a month and a 500 damage deposit, it has a walk in closet, and all utilities included!

The living room, solarium and kitchen are all shared you will have access to the whole house as well as we have laundry in the house

Transit is easily accessible groceries,shopping and convenience an easy walk or short drive

Our home is 3 stories and includes two shared bathrooms
