Hi. I have 1 spare room available in my home close to bus stops, shopping, Health Science Center, downtown, Airport, Polo Park, Uof M Bannatyne Campus and a Short bus to St. Boniface and The Forks. All utilities and wifi included. Shared kitchen, laundry and washroom. The only extra is your food, personal items and shared cleaning supplies/toilet paper costs. We are a mature, respectful, quiet home. No drugs, no smoking and no parties and we get along great. Room will be available July 29th. I do have animals so must be respectful of them. All that live here do house cleaning. We live as a family so we all do our share.

I have roomed people from all over the world during thier University stays and would love to have more students. Must love animals as I have cats and dogs.
