The property is a basement in a three level house. You can get street parking through the city. It’s a 6 minute walk to Ossington TTC Station. This area of the city is vibrant and has many amenities nearby. There is no in-house laundry but there are several laundromats nearby. You would only need to furnish your room. Short term rental is preferred but open to discuss. The items in the room are only there for my storage but will of course be removed later.

I am the only other person in the apartment. I am a 36 year old Professional who works at Scotiabank as a Manager of Occupational Health & Safety. I work in the office usually two days a week and often out and about socializing. I’d prefer a non-smoker and someone without pets but if you have a dog, it could be negotiable.

First and last is required up front and we can split the internet and hydro costs. Please be prepared with a reference and pay stub for verification.

I’m generally quiet, keep to myself, I like being social but also time alone. I am organized and clean. I had a roommate who got married last year and left, looking for someone to share space and rent with in this expensive city.
