Winchester Drive

Summer 2025 sublet available for female student or young working professional!!! There is a $100 key deposit that will be returned to you at the end of the sublet with the key. This is only for sublet from beginning of May to end of August. The room is 9 x 11 feet, has a large window, a closet, and comes mostly furnished. I will be providing a desk, desk chair, bed frame, mattress, and a dresser. The house is very grand with a living room, dining room, full kitchen with 2 fridges, lots of storage, and more. There is laundry on the property that is coin-operated, $2 to wash and another $2 for the dryer. All utilities are included in the price, including WIFI, which is already set up by roommates. The house is overall in great shape and very spacious. The bathroom is shared with 3 other roommates. The location is perfect, situated by Fisher-Hallman & Erb, and only a 5 minute walk to Zehr’s, Dollarama, Fit4less, a dispensary, and more. Also, only ~5 minute walk to bus lines like 201, 202, 29 and 5. I will provide more pictures if interested!

There would be 4 other people living in the house as well, which you would share a bathroom with 3 of them. The other tenants right now are all clean, friendly, and lovely roommates. The basement is a separate unit that we do not have access to and do not share facilities with, besides the common laundry room.
