The bathroom is shared with 3 other roommates, with a total of 5 people living in the house. The location is perfect, situated by Fisher-Hallman & Erb, near the universities and only a 5 minute walk to Zehr’s, Dollarama, Fit4less, a dispensary, and more. Also, only ~5 minute walk to bus lines like 201, 202, 29 and 5.

There would be 4 other people living in the house as well, which you would share a bathroom with 3 of them. The other tenants right now are all clean, friendly, and lovely roommates.
