Hi, this is a unique option, just a few minutes’ walk from Yorkville and right next to Bloor & Yonge. It’s a spacious place with your bed and bathroom. The home is fully furnished, including all utilities such as high-speed internet, water, and hydro. Additionally, the condo features a great pool, a spacious party room, and a private gym. There is also a terrace that can be booked for BBQs.

I’m very kind, social, and understanding. If you have a dog, feel free to bring it along. I work 5-6 days a week from 8 am to 6 pm, and I’m mostly free only on Mondays. I enjoy hanging out, engaging in conversations, and social interactions. If you play an instrument, I have a piano, and you’re welcome to use it during the evenings. I can show you the place and amenities any day after 7 pm or on Mondays. I have a bookshelf, so bring along your favorite books to share. If you enjoy skateboarding, we can go out with a speaker in the evenings. I’m looking to enjoy life and create a positive environment.
