This is a One bedroom + Den it’s small- big enough for a single bed shelf tv in the den room and small dresser . I never use my Living room space so it’s potential you could have that with a little more rent per month. Just I would need to access the patio to feed the fish daily and use patio on occasion rent includes laundry, fastest internet, heat, hot water ,hydro . You need to be quieter tenant clean up after yourself , The kitchen is small . This room is unfurnished I would need to see what you’re bringing before you move in as it’s limited space 8 x 7 at most.

I work 11:00-7:00pm Monday to Friday and am in school online right now upgrading , I keep late hours am social person have music on in my room occasionally. I have friends over regularly I come home from work 3 xs a day for 45 mins during breaks . I usually tidy do some schooling during that time. I prefer someone that doesn’t smoke as it’s out front the building smoking. But willing to chat about it . I am 420 friendly within reason not all day everyday and am open minded.
