Looking to sublet my room from April-June. The lease is up in June so would be able to stay there longer term if you contact the landlord. 10 minute walk from Conestoga College and WLU. 10 minute bus ride from UW. 5 minute walk from Walmart/Sobeys. Bus stop for 8 and 29 routes is directly outside the house. The room is listed as available for April 17, I’m flexible to move out earlier as long as it’s in April.
About the roomies
5 male roommates. All students or recently graduated. Everyone cleans up after themselves in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Roommates are good guys when you talk to them, everyone mostly keeps to themselves. The house is very quiet.
