Well-lit furnished room,very clean ,in a townhouse.4mins walk to the bus stop,and 10 mins to Finch and Yonge subway station.with 24/7 accessibility to public transit.Close to grocery stores This bedroom has shared bathroom and kitchen-and living room area,that is always clean and tidy the house has two shared full bathroom and another 2 powder room.Rent includes utilities and internet.
About the roomies
You will be living with me and my husband and the three other renters.Upstairs has four bedrooms with single occupant in each room except the master’s bedroom(me and my husband)Also we have single occupant in the basement.My house is kept clean.My husband and I are maintaining it.But I would like to ask everyone to maintain it’s cleanliness in the shared area,be respectful to your housemates ,in terms of noise.
