The room is good size with a closet, there’s a back yard washer and dryer in the basement.
No internet here right now unless you would like to go half on it!
Shared fridge of course just don’t take what is not yours or ask first.

About the roomies
It is just me and my dog right now. Looking to get a new roommate as my old one wouldn’t pay rent! I am usually quite and clean, i mind my own business. My dog is very friendly too!! (First time doing on of these things! In desperate need of a good roommate who actually pays their half!) If wanting to move in with a loved one then extra rent would be required. 700 instead of 600 for couples. (Also couples need to have respect if others are in the house aka keep sexual noises to a minimum, I do not enjoy that)
