Location: Harold St & McMurchy Ave S, Brampton, ON L6Y, Canada Close to both Brampton Gateway Terminal and Downtown Brampton Terminal.

Multiple sharing spots are available. $453 per person in sharing (Room 1: Blue colour bedroom) $503 per person in sharing (Room 2: Red colour bedroom)

Car parking is available upon request and is extra. The quoted price is per person. Electricity, Gas, Heating, Water, Wi-Fi, and Laundry are included.

Room 1 comes with a twin-sized bed frame, a table, a chair, and cupboards.
Room 2 comes with a queen-sized bed, a table, a chair, and cupboards.

The first and last month’s rent plus a damage/cleaning/lease breakage deposit per person is required.
The ID and other documentation are required to be submitted before moving in.

STUDENTS NOTE: Very close to the Algoma, Sheridan, FCMT, CIMT, TriOS, Sault, Hanson, Canadore, St Clair, and Lambton College campuses in Brampton/Mississauga.

Mon to Fri: 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm (Call me if you need a daytime viewing) Weekends: 12 pm to 8:30 pm

The other room is occupied by student boys. Looking for someone who knows how to be disciplined in a shared space.
