There is a $100 non-refundable deposit as I will have the room professionally cleaned once your tenancy ends. Easy transit, bus routes 22 & 41 and easy access to downtown. Rooms are furnished and unfurnished. Washroom and common areas are shared, and I have plenty of cookware in the kitchen you can use. Absolutely no smoking, no marijuana, no vaping or any other kinds of drug use in the house.
