No pets as Owner Occupier has allergies. No smoking inside, only outside.

Give one month’s notice, and lease is up, on either side. That gives great flexibility.

Permission to use laundry on main floor, and, kitchen with space in fridge (able to place own fridge in kitchen).

I’m Retiree. Practiced law for number of years.

Have two other roommates presently. Tow truck Driver send little time here. Handyman wil spend little time here, starting in March, when he opens his Rosedale Employers two Cottages and Farm up north.
