This space is for single/single use at all times. You will share the kitchen, laundry room, backyard with female owner and her hypo-allergenic 9kg, dog. Misuse of hydro will require additional fee (ie leaving lights, computer, fans, air cleaners,on when not in use). This condo row townhouse is located 10 mins. from Algonquin College, 30 to Carleton University; near big box stores on Merivale ie. Costco and Woodroffe Ave. Bus 83 Baseline stops outside my front door. There is no additional parking at this time nor room for other pets. This area of Nepean is clean, safe with lots of sports fields, bike baths and a pleasure to enjoy.
