Hiya :) I am looking for 1 quiet, clean, female young working professional or student interested in a LONG term rental. Please see below ⬇️

This 3 bedroom home is in a very desirable, family oriented neighbourhood in Cambridge. It is close to KW area via highway 8 (8 min drive), Kitchener Costco, and Hespeler Village. Bedrooms will be cleaned prior to move in.

1. Large UNFURNISHED bedroom with very large window for lots of natural light is available with large closet. ($1000/month + utilities) The bathroom will be SHARED with other roommate.

2. Slightly smaller (than other room) UNFURNISHED bedroom with window and walk in closet. ($900/month + utilities) The bathroom will be SHARED with other roommate.

Same floor laundry for easy access, unfinished basement with plenty of storage space.

2 parking spots available (small cars more suitable), large backyard access, many walking trails close by.

Utilities, rental insurance and internet will be split amongst myself and the 2 roommates ($100 to 130/month each).

No smoking permitted on property. FIRST + LAST required, credit check may be asked by landlord.
