Adelaide Street North

(will be more pictures once loft is cleared out its just storage currently, i also plan on adding privacy curtains along the railing) I have a loft for rent, it is not full height but a good amount of space for someone who needs a place to stay and roof over their head, it is attached by stairs to my apartment that would have a shared kitchen and bathroom. Very close to the heart of downtown, females only.

I’m 22, smoke weed, dont drink, have a golden retriever and 2 cats, I like my space clean but with adhd mess happens and that’s alright! just genuinely try to take care of messes you make yourself that’s all I ask. I keep to myself most the time, no parties but company is allowed! I try to keep noise down myself before 9am and after 11pm. Overall I’m easy going and just want a chill household.
