It’s just a 2-3 minute walk from the subway and has amazing stores, markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

I’m a 27 yo guy who mostly runs, lifts, works and studies.

I’m an athlete who is currently focusing on training for my upcoming races so I’ll be mostly in the gym or studying in the study center as I’m soon taking my physiotherapy licensure exam.

I highly value people who respect my privacy, and are clean and well organized.

I also highly value sleep as it is crucial for recovery as an athlete to improve performance and prevent injury. Also, it is so important for me to study with a well refreshed mind to retain challenging concepts for my physiotherapy exam. Thus, I would prefer someone who does not bring in that much noise late at night.
