-The apartment is called “Avant” and is located in the heart of downtown right across from the TMU campus

• Avant is close to many restaurants, grocery stores such as Loblaws and Metro as well as subway stations/bus stops —> all within 5min walking distance.

-The unit is a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 shared bathroom. The room for rent will be 1 room that has double doors. Bathroom and kitchen will be shared with one Female student who is very clean and will be working throughout the Summer.

• The room has one double bed, nightstand, desk, small closet and a dresser and has lots of room/space for storage.

• The apartment is fully furnished with utilities included! This includes the bed, desk, dresser, fridge, microwave, internet, air conditioning, heat, water, etc.

• Monthly rent fee will be covering everything - no additional payment needed for utilities, etc
