Hi everyone, I’ve got a private room available in my apartment on the Bedford Highway.

The place is clean, quiet and has an amazing view over the basin. All utilities included in the rent as well as 5G Internet and in-suite laundry. The building also has a gym and a common room. Unfortunately only street parking is available. Bus stop right outside building for a convenient route into town, Bedford and surrounds.

The room is a decent size and has a walk in closet. Plenty of natural light.

This is my long term home and it’s a working professional household. So we’re looking for someone who fits with that, is clean and respectful, cleans up after themselves and is not a night owl, noisy etc. Really chilled out place to live and very comfortable during the winter months!

900 per month includes everything mentioned above, damage deposit is required but would be happy to accept a little less than the usual half months rent.

The last time I rented out a room here there was ALOT of interest so please bear with me, I’ll try my best to get back to everyone amongst my busy work schedule, thanks!
