One room available in a 3 bedroom house. Room available is a full basement bedroom with attached personal bathroom. Shared kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer in the house(not pay per use). 111 bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house, 20/25 minute bus to Carleton, 15 minute bike/25 minute walk on colonel by pathway to Carleton. 35 minute bus ride to Algonquin. The bedroom shown in the images is the bedroom that is available. In the photos it has a carpeted floor, but it was replaced in July and now has hardwood.

Two Carleton undergraduate students, both female and two friendly cats. Overall we’re keep the house pretty calm, spending a lot of time outside of the house between school, work, and hobbies. We’re both chatty and friendly!
