Hello everyone！You can all me Joe. I have been living in Burnaby for over 10 years. I am a professional computer graphic designer, currently working full-time from home, which allows me more flexible time to both work and take care of my tenants. My house is divided into 2 floors, with 3 shared bathrooms, and 4 rooms available for rent. I don’t smoke, drink, or have pets, and I enjoy a quiet and clean living environment.
