House with free parking alongside , 5 min drive from beaches and Shediac downtown. Close to highway as well. Room is furnished with king size bed and dressers, attached to shared family room. Good size closet. Large screen tv and dedicated wifi included with room. Shared washroom with shower on same level. Only shared for the washer/dryer. Library kept in downstairs shared space. Tidiness imperative , and absolutely no smoking on property. Use of upstairs kitchen is allowed.. just ask that you keep it tidy.

Owner and disabled family member upstairs. 2 year old husky and black cat. Preference to females due to sensitive nature of challenged person. Husky isn’t loud often but does occasionally get vocal. Especially when owner gets home from work. Timid around new people but not bitey.
