The rent includes free WiFi, a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 size bed with a Japanese mattress, bar fridge, meals, laundry and weekly cleaning . I cooked the food and put in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want. An example of food, tea or coffee, bacon and eggs , steak ,potatoes with vegetables, chicken wings with pizza, sandwiches with salad, pork,vegetables and rice, burger and fries and fruit. The rent also includes six free load of laundry per month and weekly room cleaning. The closet beside the bed is included with the room. It’s great for storaging suitcases and out of season clothes. This apartment is smoke free, drug free, pet free , and there is no parking here. Refundable $50 key .deposit. Room for one only. First and last month required.
